This website is operated by Rinat Drailing, working as Bell.CGI. When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, project brief and any other information you choose to send. Enquiries are delivered to hello@bellcgi.com. Please send only information relevant to your project and avoid sensitive personal details.
Why we use your information
To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, including steps you request before entering a contract.
To plan and deliver agreed creative services when we work together.
To manage correspondence and protect the website from spam and misuse, supporting our legitimate interests in running the studio.
To meet applicable legal obligations where relevant.
Hosting and service providers
Framer hosts this website and processes form submissions. Our email service handles the messages we receive and send. These providers process information to deliver their services and may operate in countries other than your own. We do not sell enquiry details. We may disclose information when required by applicable law. Contact us for more information about the providers involved in your enquiry.
Website analytics
The site uses Framer’s built-in analytics to understand visits and page performance. According to Framer, this analytics service does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other external services open websites with their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated if we add services that change how visitor information is collected.
Retention and security
Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant correspondence is kept for the project and for any applicable accounting, contractual or legal requirements. Access to messages is limited to people handling the enquiry or work. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Email hello@bellcgi.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a relevant data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
